I am traveling to Vietnam in July. With that being said, when I connect my phone and laptop to wifi there, should I be able to trust it? Is there anything I need to know beforehand?

Probably wouldn’t be a bad idea to get a VPN like NordVPN or Norton Secure VPN. I personally use Nord, but Norton is a lot cheaper for short term.

Also, you could consider a USB data blocker your phone can’t be hacked if you’re plugging in via USB. (doesn’t matter if you’re using your own power brick though)
