IOS 13 and iPad mini 2
I use an iPad mini 2 to do email, check credit card balances, etc but iOS 13 doesn’t support my iPad. Do I need to purchase a new one? I want to be safe while online. Thanks for your help.

That’s the problem with tech. Unlike cars, you cannot tweak it to make it last for decades.
You might be OK using your old iPad. I wouldn’t though. OS releases cover security issues. Your old iPad will be vulnerable.
