    I just installed IOS 15 on an iPhone 12 Pro. Now, in the “Clock” APP the “Chimes” Timer Sound is severely muted. I can hear other sounds just fine. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    Hello ctopher,

    I would start off by making a complete backup of your phone with your Mac or PC, then performing a factory reset. Once reset I would run the same test to see if you are experiencing the same issue. If you are then something is definitely wrong and you should check on the warranty status of your phone to get it repaired.

    I can do an factory reset to see if it is an upgrade glitch. As it worked before the upgrade, I am not sure how it would need to be repaired. Sounds like a software glitch the Apple will need to fix.
