      Hi, What is the oldest iOS I can have on ipad mini 2 (wi-fi/cellular) in order to avoid potential issues on November 3rd. Thank you so much!

      It looks like for an iPad 2, you would want to ensure you have iOS 9.3.6. That is the updated version for that generation of iPad.
