Issue with watching Kim’s show

      Hi,
      I’m having an issue with hearing some of Kim’s older shows.I can hear some of them but not others.I called & left a message about a wk.ago but haven’t gotten any type of response such as acknowledgment of the message & would like to get assistance with resolving the issue.Thank you & I hope you all stay safe.

      Andy, when the video starts it might be muted in the video player, try checking that. If that is not the issue, please let me know which episodes are giving you the problem.
