I cannot get into my Smart Life Account. Smart Life is the massive app that controls a lot of smart switches and plugs. Alexa and Google still access devices on it but I cannot get in since some updates. You have to agree to a User Agreement and Privacy Policy then log in. You try to log in and neither Samsung nor Google remembers your password and none work. If you used a phone number and try to reset password, you simply get country/region not supported. This Tuya Smart Life is in virtually every smart switch and plug you buy . Modifications appear on Globe Smart Bulbs and I have a Larkey Smart IR Hub. The technical support at Volcano {how do they have the different names} sent the following—Dear Sir/Madam,

we are sorry for your inconvenience. In response to the stricter data protection and localization principles in countries and/or regions around the world, Tuya has restricted cross-regional access. After this restriction, Tuya products and/or services cannot be cross-regional. At the same time, the cross-regional access and transmission of voice services such as google/alexa will also be restricted.
