Login Items settings-File “GuangJun Song” What is this????

      Got notifications on my MacBook Pro today about Background items added
      Told me I can manage the items in Login Items Settings.

      I went into System Settings/Login Items setting and found this weird file that was turned on (green) with the name of GuangJun Song

      I have looked high and low online search and can not determine what this file is, where it is from, or what app it might be affiliated with.

      Any help would be appreciated. Have I been hacked???
