lost gmail passwords and changed phone #
i bought a new ipad and cannot get gmail -passwords do not respond. forgot pw wants to use phone #, but I have a new #- no can do. So send me a code on another device- Iphone right! Never arrives, even to my desktop. tried everything I can think of twice. Any ideas?

Unfortunately not knowing your password or having your old phone number leaves you with no options for recovering your account.
