I have a 2014 MacBook Pro 15 inch which is still running Yosemite 10.5.5. When I check for upgrades I get a message no upgrades available. Is there any way to do an upgrade?
You may want to check to see if the upgrade has already been downloaded, you can do this by opening up your application folder and looking for anything that looks to says Install OSX El Capitan or higher.
Alternatively you can search the app store for Catalina / Big sur, you should be able to upgrade your OS from there.
Let us know how it goes!
