      I am using Thunderbird and it’s having problems and I’m tired of trying to fix it. Can you help me?
      Outlook has a high cost and all those relentless update patches and bi-annual version changes, that’s too much for me. Please point me in the right direction.

      p.s. I’m not thrilled with web based clients.

      Hello 266554,

      If you are using Thunderbird with Spectrum mail you are going to continue to have issues as they are not supporting 3rd party mail clients well right now. Who is your mail provider, I might be able to help you with your settings for your host.

      Other solutions that work well are Mail Bird and Windows Mail, if you are on an apple device you should try Apple Mail.

      Thank you John for your input. As it turns out, I had security settings on my browser set so high that it was keeping things from loading. All is well now.
