Where are you no longer receiving emails? On what device, is it a phone a Mac or a PC? And are you using a mail client such as Outlook, Samsung mail or Apple mail, or even windows mail app?
When you log into outlook.com by visiting it in a web browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera or Safari, do you see any new email?
If so then it sounds like you will need to update your password on your PC’s mail client, are you using the Outlook application or are you using Windows Mail? Once I have this information, I can direct you to update the password on your mail client if you are using one.
