My Daughter/College student is on her 2nd Microsoft Surface book 3. The last one crashed & couldn’t be rebooted so it was replaced under a Microsoft warranty. The replacement is loosing the covers off of the keyboard keys. We are trying to get it replaced under the same warranty through the School Tech store where we bought it. Since this issue started in November we have been getting a run around from the
store saying due to supply chain issues Microsoft doesn’t have any replacements & they no longer make the Surface book 3 they are working on a replacement. We have a Microsoft Warranty. Is there any way to get a contact or phone number for Microsoft Warranty repair? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Luckily she made it through the school year but want to get this fixed before the fall semester begins.

      Hello Mitchell,

Microsoft hardware has always been prone to having issues, you may very well have to take them to small claims court if you want to get them to fix the issue.
