I’m currently using a 28 inch low end monitor. I have difficulty reading small to average size print. Using Windows 10 magnifier is so distracting. I’ve decided to consider a 43 inch monitor. What features will give me the sharpest non-glare picture? If you know a make and model that will come with the best features, please share that as well.

I would look for an IPS monitor with a high resolution. This will give you crisp, clear text. Also ensure that ClearType is enabled in Windows (just enter “ClearType” in the Windows search box to find this setting.
