How would someone be able to ADD an “unauthorized” phone to our cell phone account???!!! There should only be two devices on our acct, but there are 3 and I do not recognize the phone number! I looked today to check on the paperwork from the transaction of yesterday, exchanging phones, and found it!
I know I need to talk to a Supervisor, but… it takes sometimes 1 hr before someone answers, or calls you back. I understand there are different levels(or hoops!) that you go through when you call. Level 1, 2 and 3! 3 being the more experienced. So again you spend much time-repeating what you need to have done–very frustrating! I understand “everyone” is short of help, but if I could just bypass the other levels and go directly to–Supervisor-that would be -great!
Any suggestions, or advice would be greatly appreciated!
