Just got this message for first time. Has anyone ever got one and wondering why?

Also, (paraphrasing), I was typing a friend a message on IM and a message came up when I tried to enter a “smile” face in the
text. The message from Facebook? said I was typing too fast and I was violating community standards? and it would not let me put
in a smiley face but I was able to send a message.
I still have the message I sent to the friend. I HAVE NEVER SENT ANY bad words, NO CRIMINAL BACKGROUND, just average
stay home dog mom.
Can anyone give me an idea why this happened? Are we all being spied on? Thanks for any insight to this. sincerely.

Hello Sarah,

I could not find anything about typing too fast, however, I did find that Facebook will temporarily block users that are posting a lot within a short time frame. You can click or tap here to see what I dug up.

Has the block gone away yet?
