We have tried to install the Norton VPN on other PC’s and devices in the home office to no avail. It seems we can’t download the software to these other devices even though we have a log in for the Norton VPN Account. Any suggestions?
Norton Secure VPN comes with a few subscription options: 1 device, 5 device, or 10 device.
If you only have the account for a single device, that may be why. If you have a multi-device account then you would want to reach out to Norton for support. I found their support page here: https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/contact
If you are just having trouble downloading it, check that a firewall or other security program is not blocking the download or installation.
