Online News sites (Windows 10)
I have Newsmax, One America News, and Fox News on my desk top computer. I cannot listen to Newsmax or One America News when O minimize their pages. I can only do this with Fox News while I’m checking my email on another page.

Hello Gene,
Which web browser are you using and why type of device are you using, I have tested this with Google chrome and was able to minimize my browser and still hear the videos playing in the background for both Newsmax and One America.

I’m using Desktop computer, Windows 10, Chrome browser ver 86.0.4240.193.

Thanks for that information, how much memory do you have installed on your pc? It could be chrome saving resources due to limited amount of available memory.
I found some information here that may help, try keeping the news site you are listening to in a separate windows (one tab only) to see if that alleviates the issue.
