1. How may I BLOCK junk emails in OUtlook 365?
2. New Outlook keeps harrasing me to install and use it. How may I eleminate the button to install it that keeps popping up? -

Hello David,
Select Settings > Mail > Junk email. If you want to block an email address, enter the email address in Blocked senders and select Add. If you want to block all email from a domain, enter the domain name in Blocked domains and select Add. Select Save.

I can not find MAIL in settings. Nor can I find where I can enter the address in BLOCKED MAIL, etc. I cannot find Junk mail or Blocked.
When I click settings, there is no option for —-Select Settings > Mail > Junk email.Help?

Are you using the mail client installed on your computer or are you using web mail?
