I use Microsoft 365 and its component Outlook 365 to manage four (4) separate email accounts. I had been using POP protocol for my Network Solutions and Comcast emails, but was also using IMAP protocol for the other two (AOL, GMAIL). All four email accounts fed into one PST folder (“Outlook”) on each local devise. I found that I was losing emails between different devices (work PC, home PC, Android phone), so I reconfigured my Outlook to read each of my email accounts as IMAP with each feeding emails to separate OST files. My problem is that I had kept a “Saved Items” folder with additional subfolders in that original PST folder. While I know I could continue that practice, that defeats the purpose of my reconfiguration. Is it possible to have a “Saved Items” folder, with subfolders, within one of the IMAP accounts, that would be accessible on all devices? I would copy (move?) email messages to this new folder that I wanted to save and then delete them from the mail server, but I want to be able to see these saved messages on other devices. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

      Hello Ron,

You got it, you just need to copy those emails over to a folder that is managed by one of the IMAP accounts so the email can replicate on all of your devices. I would start off with a copy instead of a move for a proof of concept.
