      I use outlook for my email. Quite offten when I open an email I get a message “Contacting the Server for information”. It won’t go away. I have to reboot the computer to get rid of it.

      Hello,

      Which version of Office & Windows are you using and is it currently up to date? This should help with avoiding having to restart your computer.

      Try to send message, it goes to Outbox and stays there, never gets sent.
