    Paid for subscription and now forgotten

    I became a member on Sept 2023. I was receiving email and information when I first signed up but this has dried up to NOTHING, NADA, ZIP, ZERO….Can anyone explain to me why? I paid the Pro-annual price for senior/service, perhaps this is the wrong place to complain?? Answer please.
