Pair iPhone 15 Pro Max with PC, Bluetooth

I just came over from the dark side (Android) to an iPhone and am trying to figure out how to pair it with my PC so I can either access files or upload photos/videos to the PC.
I’m old and am not as sharp as I used to be.
Easy way to do this?

You will need iTunes installed on your PC to sync data.

I didn’t try iTunes. One message said Pro Max 15 wouldn’t pair with Windows 10. I just connect it via USB right now.

Yes, make sure you have iTunes installed & just connect your phone to your PC via USB.
