Photo software like Picasa
What photo software (free or for fee) is most like Picasa for photo storage, retrieval, minor editing, album creation, sharing, etc. Please help.

You can download Google drive for desktop to sync your local photos to your google account which in turn will make your photos available on Google Photos https://photos.google.com
photos.google.com will offer most if not more features than Picasa did in the past.
