I have a 10yr old grandson. His father (my son) and his mother (his ex-girlfriend) have a strained relationship. She is the custodial parent. My grandson speaks often with his mother via Snapchat and FaceTime. There are 3 investigations for neglect on his mother. They live about 2 1/2 hrs from each other. Mom’s husband is getting out of prison (2 yrs for armed robbery) next week. My son is filing for custody. My grandson is currently with me in a neighboring state and my son is not returning him. It will be ugly. My son and I think communication between son and mom right after serving the papers could be bad. What are some ways to block communication besides just taking his phone away?
