I have an iMac that I would like to scan multiple pages into one PDF, example my school board and city council minutes, I have no issue with making a folder to put the PDF into, I do not know the best way to scan the multiple pages into one PDF? Then what is the best way to back up the folders I have, I currently have many photos backed up in the cloud, does everything on my iMac get backed up in the cloud?

      Thank You Marlin

use text edit- drag them all into an open TEXT EDIT window then select PRINT- on the left there is a drop down that offers save as a PDF **note even though this a paperless option it may still require a printer to be connected.

I recently read that Epson won’t let you scan if you are out of ink.

HP is restricting certain services unless you ‘create an account’

      I am still confused
currently i have HP Envy Photo 6255
I put a document in their and hit scan, it asks where to scan to, I choose my iMac

I want to scan 6 or 7 pages and have all in the same PDF, how do I do that?

I am ok making folders and adding the PDF’s I create to the proper folder

      Thanks Marlin

I am way late on this reply – the HP scan software lets you scan multiple images as a single PDF but you must check the box for that to happen. Save anywhere that makes sense to you.

My reply about using Text Edit was for those items previously scanned as single images.
