Hi Kim, I’m in dire need of help! I live in a Retirement Village in Hot Springs, Arkansas. I’m 64, but most people here are 70-92. I help them with their electronics problems. I’ve been a Kim’s Club Member for many years. A friend of mine, Dicksie, 89 years old has a Samsung Galaxy S24+. She has a home screen problem that I CANNOT find a FIX for. Sure hoping you can help. All of a sudden, out of the Blue, her homescreen changed to a strange setup. Her apps are in a line left to right that you can scroll left to right, and right to left. Below that are buttons that are plain, for Phone, Browser, no colors so as to distinguish them. You have saved me many times fixing other people’s phones. I’m praying you can help me fix this for Dicksie. I have a Screenshot of her HomeScreen if you can tell me how to send it to you. I don’t see a way to upload the Screenshot to you. Thanks for any help you can give.

If your Samsung S24 icons have no color and your apps are scrolling left to right, you can try changing your icons or theme:
Touch and hold an empty area on the Home screen
Tap Themes
To view all icons, tap Menu (three horizontal lines)
Tap My stuff, then Icons
Select your desired icons, then tap Apply
Tap Apply again to confirm if needed
