      I moved away from home for 3 months and took my Google Hub and speakers with me. But wasn’t able to set them up in hotel. So, now I am back home. The app shows all devices connected to it and WIFI. But if I ask any of them anything, they tell me I need to download the app. How do I fix this?

      Hello Nancy,

      Resetting the device and setting it up from scratch would be the best solution, however, I’m curious what happens if you install the app?

      Hello Nancy,

      Depending on which Hub you have, you can find directions here to perform a factory reset.
