Spectrum & S23
Bought 2 new S23’s from Samsung, started using on our Spectrum account where we had two S21’s that worked fine. The S23’s are able to call and text sort of hit and miss. Try a call, goes directly to Call Ended. After having this issue for some time, contacted Spectrum. There answer was because we didn’t get the phones from them they would not work correctly for quite some time until their systems were updated to work with non Spectrum S23’s
Are they just blowing smoke or is this a real issue??
