I have a 2022 Pacifica Hybrid. Came with 6 month trial of Sirius XM. Expired a couple months ago. I’m still getting a pop up wanting me to sign up. How can I stop it/get rid of it?

Lots of people with the same issue on this forum thread here, the last comment seems to be the best solution.

The last post on the Pacifica forums.

“I had the same issue. Went to “Apps” on the infotainment screen. Then clicked “All” on the top right. Scrolled through apps and clicked on “Stored Notifications”. When I was there I noticed there was a notification from Sirius and deleted it. Seems to have solved the problem.”

I kept researching and found another solution on a Reddit post.

‘Remove this annoying advertisement but going into the notification settings and turning off “unfavoriting pop ups”. See photo. Note you also need to make sure XM is not favorited.”
