    You sure can, however if you were using a 10GB network (I’m sure you are not) you would notice. Cat5e / Cat6 are interchangeable.

    Slight variation, if you are not running a 10GB router/switch paired with a 10GB network card in your pc it will make no difference. You can also click or tap here for more info on the variations.
