Text messages won’t send

      My android Samsung Galaxy S23 stopped sending text messages. I get “Can’t send message with [USCellular, my mobile service provider]. error 2”. I recently upgraded to the S23 and could send and receive texts for a few days, now only receive. During transition some would go out and I could reply, but now no sending seems possible. I have Googled the problem and many seem to be having same problem with both iPhones and Android and multiple carriers. I have tried 2 message apps, resarted phone, cleared message cahce (suggestions from Google search) with no results. Any suggestions? Others haveing this problem?

      Robert Strattan,

      What phone did you come from? It sounds like you need to go get a new SIM card for your newer phone.

      Additionally, does it make a difference if you are connected to Wi-Fi or not when some messages go through and others do not?
