    The best smart plugs for voice-controlled lamps

    Bob from Duluth, Minnesota wants to control his lamps with smart plugs, but he doesn’t want a plug-in speaker. I told him to try TP-Link, which uses the Kasa app. The Kasa Smart Plug HS103P4 doesn’t require a hub. This Wi-Fi outlet works with Alexa, Echo, Google Home and IFTTT.
