      I need to extend HDMI from a windows 10 laptop to the front of our church 125ft away.
      Running cat6 would be a major headache so I.m looking at possibly Hdmi over IP or wireless.
      We already have cat6 on our network in a office just a few feet away, what would be most
      dependable and least lag time?

      In general, hard-wired connections are more dependable and have less lag. However, that is not always practical and the wireless solutions available today are pretty reliable.

      You could use a Wireless HDMI Extender or a product like the one mentioned here to use HDMI over IP:
