    Three ways to convert a huge file collection into individual PDFs

    Doug from Cape Cod, Massachusetts has around 100 files he wants to convert into PDFs. Then he wants to carry them around on his laptop for easy access. He asked me which app he should use.

    I told him to use a stamp collection program like StampManage. This is best for Windows computers.

    If Doug wants to use a smartphone app, I have two suggestions: Stamp ID Pro and Philately.
