Today’s Newsletter Problem
I followed the advice in today’s newsletter : Using
Firefox? Head to Menu > Help > More Troubleshooting
information, then click Refresh Firefox and confirm.Now, I can’t open Dashlane Password Manager using my Firefox – I can get in when I use Chrome, but not thru my Firefox, which is always my first choice and where I do 99% of my work. When I try to log in, the Dashlane screen says “Perfoming Security Check” and then indicates there is a problem and a message appears that a code has been emailed to me, but no code appears and I checked my Junk mail folder as well.
I don’t know how to fix this. I have never had a problem loading Dashlane until I followed the advice above to Refresh Firefox.
