Another good projector worth checking out is the ViewSonic PS600X. It’s less portable than the other projector, but it can also be used in lit rooms. It doesn’t have a speaker, but if you use a Bluetooth speaker paired to the laptop, this could be the sound solution Elizabeth needs.
