Two ways to cut the cord and start streaming
Kevin from Tulsa, Oklahoma is getting ready to move into a new house. He wants to skip cable and just go straight to streaming with a smart TV. He asked me for some product recommendations.
I advised him to check out Fire TV Recast. USA Today says it “re-imagines the way you think of a DVR.” That’s because it comes with a lot of cool features. You can watch and record over TV or a mobile device. You can even use voice control with the right connected devices.
I also told Kevin he might like TiVo Edge. It’s an all-in-one device that lets you record up to two shows at once. It can store up to 75 HD hours, too, so it’s pretty powerful.
