Ubiquiti Network Login Issue
I have all Ubiquiti network equipment and cannot get into the network control network. I put in the correct name and password and then it prompts for 6 digit code? I was using Google Authenticator but it no longer works.
Does anyone know how to reach tech support? -

When I sign in I enter my valid NAME and Password and then prompted with“Insert Two-Factor Authentication Token”
I have tried to use Google that worked in the past but does not any longer.

Not sure if I’m too late to answer this for you, but here is a website to turn off 2FA if you have back up codes. Scroll toward the middle of the page.
Go to https://account.ui.com, enter your username and password as usual, and when prompted for the 6 Digit Token, click on Reset 2FA instead.
