My wife has a moto G-stylus android phone. After learning in one of Kim’s newsletters about making sure we had the newest chrome update, I checked my pixel 3 and it had version 86. On checking her phone it was version 84. She does not have auto update activated. She found chrome in her apps and games updates list and selected update but it did nothing. She did a Google search and found that she could try uninstalling and reinstalling. After she did that, her chrome is version 78 and the update button still doesn’t work. We are Verizon customers.

      Hello Karl,

This seems to be a common problem with Moto G-Stylus users, some seem to have been able to fix the issue by clearing the google play cache. Try that and let us know if that clears up the issue.
