Update LG phone
I have an Android phone (LG H931) it is unlocked but was originally on AT&T’s network but now on another network (Consumer Cellular). When I try to update it, it says it is up to date and no updates are available.
It is running Android version 8.0. Is there any way to update the phone to a newer version of Android? -

It seems to be a common problem for people that acquired the phone from AT&T please click here for more info.
As a last-ditch effort, I recommend removing the sim card, rebooting the phone then attempting to perform the upgrade.
According to this thread on Reddit, you can attempt borrowing an AT&T user’s sim card then attempting the update as well.
