  • Video creates new file after 33 minutes

I have a Samsung Galaxy A51. I was taking a video of an event that lasted about 50 minutes. When I went to share the video I found it was in two files. 33 minutes and 21 minutes. I tried to research that and found information that it may be called “looping “. Android supposedly would not take video bigger than 2GB but would create another file. I also read that this had been fixed. My Google Pixel 3a did not do this. Of course, it had another issue that required me to get rid of it. Is there a solution?

    Hello Karl,

You can try to use the following camera app for Android, Open Camera. Additionally you can use MP4Joiner to stitch together the video files from your computer.

Let us know how it goes.
