      I am hoping for some help on the following issue: My 55inch LG TV is now four months old and for the past five weeks, I have been struggling with LG support to get service on the TV or a replacement. I am at the stage (I am told) that an LG committee is discussing whether or not they will replace the TV or provide a check for the original cost.

      The TV model is a 55NANO85UNA. Problem is the screen has lost it’s LED lighting (i.e Dark screen) on the right side for about 9inches of the picture.

      Any help and or suggestions on how to force LG to make a move would be appreciated.

      I have a photo of the problem but was not sure how to attache to this Email.

      I would perform a claim on every outlet LG has listed here. Their decision should not take any longer than a day.

        John,
        I appreciate your response.

        “donotpay.com”, is a great idea. I will seriously consider this approach if I do not have any luck dealing directly with LG.
