      There are a number of sensors online you can place near a washing machine or other areas at risk of flooding your house. Does anybody have experience with a sensor that will text you if water is detected? Perhaps early detection could save many dollars of damage.

      Great idea, I recommend the Govee WiFi water sensor 3 pack, It’s fairly cheep and will alert you even when you are not at home.

      I have the Zicron Leak detectors, they have audible noise as well as email notification. No hub required, but they got quite $$$ since I bought them, the Govee’s look good though.
