We wonder if we can but, should we ?
It is a stretch but, Hollywood should have taught us something if we were paying attention !! Especially today with regards to the Blockbuster movie franchise the Terminator and then flash-forward from 2003 when the 3rd movie was released twenty years later when ChatGPT is doing the “Same Thing”, it’s NOT a question of “if we can but, if we should”!! Hollywood has already shown us what can happen if machines get that smart before it’s their time and obviously only some of the executives watched and learned in their race to make money. As has been mentioned, we need to put the Brakes on AI until we are more prepared !!
