  This lady had given contol of her computer to someone over the internet for solving a problem. I think she wanted to know how to check her computer to make sure the program was no longer on her computer. 19 Sept 2020, 2nd hour, last call.
  
  I have a similar story and was trying to find Kim’s tip.
