why?
i need to recover an email account. the verification phone does not work.
do not know how the password got change. have tried everything suggested by

Did you use a recovery email account, eg. a second email account from some other host such as Yahoo, Aol, Hotmail?
Is there try another method link available when trying to sign into your account and it wants to use your recovery phone number.
Has your phone number changed since your account was created?

the phone number has changed. the number cannot be recovered. i have tried the google options.
however, the questions available are the same. it wants to send a code to the email i am trying to recover.
