I finally got Photoshop CS4 installed and working.  Here are the steps that I took.</p>

Thank you for your reply to my problem.  Sorry to say though it did not help installing Photoshop CS4.<br />
I tried the compatibility mode for windows 7 and windows 8 logging in as admin and no I get the following error message:<br />
Installation Failed.<br />
One or more required components of Adobe Photoshop CS4 failed to install correctly.</p>

I have found what works best for me, is using Audacity 3.1.3.  It&#8217;s a free program which allows the user to customize the song.<br />

I have a fix for my problem, thanks so Samsung.<br />
It took a little digging but I am able to backup, restore and I went the distance by doing a factory reset and restore to success. The only issue was after the restore I had to manually reset my ringtones for contacts. Which if that&#8217;s the worst, then I am satisfied.  </p>

Unable to backup smart phone Galaxy S21 Ultra to a pc running Windows 10 pro.  However I can do a restore to the same smartphone using Dell PC.<br />
I am able to do a backup and restore from smart phone Galaxy S5 with no problem using same Dell PC.<br />

When booting into Linux, at the top of the screen was a 2 line error message. Could not make it out, than ERROR Failed.<br />
Linux screen popped up.  I tried double click and still no good.<br />
Tried right click window pops up.<br />
Single left click on open.<br />
New screen comes up to start the install.</p>

I went to link you gave regarding dual booting Linux mint and windows.  I followed the directions to the letter.<br />
Disabled secure boot<br />
Partition hard drive<br />
backup of system<br />
created a recovery disk<br />
Then checked so see if using MBR or GPT.  I am using GPT.<br />

MerryC  I have found two programs work very well in uninstalling software.  1.  ccleaner 2. iobituninstaller.  both are free to use.  I have used both with no problems.  The one I prefer is ccleaner because it has other features that i like and use.<br />
