If it knows it needs to be re-enabled, why doesn&#8217;t it do so automatically? Does this happen for anyone else, or is it just me??</p>

I&#8217;m finding if I go to HP&#8217;s Support site for my Elitebook laptop it doesn&#8217;t offer the newest driver version that CCleaner says it should be upgraded to.
