Messenger Lite alternatives?

      I’ve been happily using FB Messenger Lite for a long time, and now it is going away. The reviews of “regular” Messenger for Android are terrible. Is there an alternate that is recommended, or am I out of luck. Please advise.

      Hello Jim,

      You could opt to use Google Voice which can be independent or used as your primary SMS messaging application. Same for Telegram. Either of these solutions would be best.
