Thanks for inquiring on the forums, I found a really neat piece of software that not only has awesome testimonials, it is also completely free. The software is called CameraMouse I found it worked really well. There is also another alternative called Eviacam, which is also free.
They both work well however CameraMouse seemed to perform better in low lighting environments.
